The company is founded in Bhavnagar as Hari Krishna Steel Corporation, laying the foundation the group still builds on today.

A home on the shore

A factory licence (2003) and a formal GMB agreement (2009) establish the operational base at the Alang-Sosiya yard, followed by the first wave of international certifications in 2016.
